With 29 goals, Tony finished the regular season tied for 10th in the league in scoring for the regular season champions. (4/5). The team swept through the first round and then won the best of five series with Mladost for the League Championship. Jug was a perfect 5-0 in the playoffs behind 14 goals from Azevedo.

Leading the team in scoring, Jug opened up with a 12-10 win in the first round of the playoffs. An evenly played game saw each team score three goals in the first and remain tied at the break, at 7-7. It remained tied heading into the fourth quarter (9-9), before Jug pulled away with a 3-1 final period score.

In game two of the best of five series, Jug slowly pulled away in the first half, leading 3-2 and then 5-3 at the break. The second half both teams traded goals as Jug remained in front the rest of the way, extending it to as large as a 9-6 lead late in the contest.
